1. Membership and Eligibility

To become a member of Spartan Fitness Club, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. By signing up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Pay all membership fees on time as per your selected plan.
• Adhere to all club rules and regulations.

Membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion.

2. Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a safe and respectful environment. This includes:

• Using equipment properly and safely. Return all weights and equipment to their designated areas after use.
• Wearing appropriate athletic attire and footwear at all times.
• Respecting the privacy and comfort of other members and staff. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Adhering to gym hygiene standards by wiping down equipment after use.

3. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that engaging in physical exercise involves a risk of injury. You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness levels before participating in any activity at Spartan Fitness Club.

You agree to hold Spartan Fitness Club, its owners, and its staff harmless from any and all liability for any injury or damage sustained during your use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. We advise you to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.

5. Personal Property

Spartan Fitness Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to members or guests. Please use the lockers provided and avoid bringing valuables into the gym.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Fitness Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.

7. Privacy Policy

Our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
